Blaze a Trail!
Once again, the Dover Public Library is a Walking Challenge Site. Registration begins May 1. When you register you will receive a walking tracker. Check or fill in 1 block on your tracker for every 15 minutes that you walk above your usual daily activity. You will earn 1 "toe token" for every 3 hours you walk. Program is complete when you walk a total of 30 hours between your registration and August 1. If you complete the 30 hours by August 1, you will earn a T-shirt and be the road to a healthier lifestyle. There will also be 10 guided nature hikes to help you complete the program. Stop in the library to register or for more information.
